From here we dropped it into vdub and increased the brightness and increased the contrast by double the amout.Then we cropped the hardcoded subs off and resized to the best mod 16 which was 720 x 320 (after crop it was 720 x 333 ). Now we lowered the chroma and also increased the intes loads ....something like 1.23. Finally we then hardcoded the english only subs back onto the video Now will say there is some HC subs in parts but not many at all as they were different heights ....but didn't want to crop anymore and hate blurs. Audio needed some TLC aswell....so stripped and remastered in goldwave and then remuxed to the encode. Oh also tagged as R6 as this is no way a dvdscr.....IMHO. Check sample for Q. this by far the best one out there,quality is almost to DVD..it is dark in some scenes but it can easily be fixed by accessing the extended controls on VLC Media Player,add more gamma and raise the contrast a lil bit more to loss of color.

@FOXPAL: Are you retarded??? Are you really saying that you think XviD isn't a format and or there isn't a codec for it???. Is this your 1st time ever on a computer???? Xvid is absolutely a format and there are codecs to view video in this format. What planet are you from????. I haven't heard of this "power dvd" app you mention. If you had the Xvid codec it would probably play unless "power dvd" is some bullshit, loser app that only a jar head like you would be stupid enough to buy. Basically, this movie may be messed up, but it looks like you are too, so take your lips off your mothers tit and smear that milk off your face and GROW UP!!!

As for quality, It seems much worse then a screener. A screener is a real DVD copy, just as good as the retail release and are made available to movie reviewers and people in high places on the film ACADEMY. They are also made to show to producers and others involved that had money investments in the movie project itself so they can suggest any last minute changes that may or may not be made by the editors and the director.
A true Screener will look and play as if you bought it from the store or rented it from block buster video.
There may be a timer running at the bottom corner or a watermark that appears for a minute or 2 explaining that you are watching a screener. This message might appear 3 or 4 times over the length of the movie but shouldn't be a big deal.
This timer or message will not be obstructive or in anyway cause a lessoning in the enjoyment of watching the movie in question. After all it must be like the release so it can be properly evaluated. If it had crap that was distracting to people watching it, Then it wouldn't be a good screener. I haven't seen any screeners (real screeners) that were bad quality. They all looked like decent rips IMO.

This version is edited / “Chopped” I have no idea why they would remove parts of the movie but he did. In addition to this the sound is about the same as most other downloads. The video quality is fine for pirate non-dvd but it’s the removed content that bothered me. You said it was chopped but you did not say you removed content from it and should have. -1 from me if it matters.

if you are complaing about darkness, go into your graphics card UI, click on colour managment and alter the cintrast and brightness, its what I do.
also, get a long HDMI cable, hook that up from your computer to your tv and you can enjoy films a whole lot easier and in better quality.
